Kris Hoteles Desarrollo S.A. (PLC), which operates under the commercial name of "KRIS HOTELES" was launched with the aim in operating hotels through the following existing methods: Administration, Letting and Ownership.
For this, Kris Hoteles developed and carried out an assessment of all the areas associated with a hotel chain, based on maintaining a policy in accordance with three main foundations:
- An expansion plan orientated towards incorporating new establishments on a regular and continued basis.
- An optimum use of product and price availability, thus maximising income through the implementation of a "revenue" strategy.
- A constant investment with regards to maintaining the hotel's standards of quality and the determined and recognised characteristics which are uniform across the chain.
